Design Concept
Furniture becomes living through plant integration.
This design is inspired by the intersection of moss ecology and traditional Taiwanese window grille structures, which carry both decorative elegance and cultural resonance. As plants grow and adapt, the piece gradually evolves, allowing nature to reclaim space within a man-made form. It reimagines furniture not as a nished object, but as a cohabited interface between the articial and the organic.

How does it work
The core structure of the chair consists of three main acrylic panels with plastic support frames in the shape of window frames.
The core structure of the chair consists of three main acrylic panels with plastic support frames in the shape of window frames.
Users can insert or remove these mosses as needed. The moss is xed between the grille frame and the acrylic by a modular square of window grill elements, which is easy to maintain and allows for dynamic plant congurations.
